Long runs are the staple of any running plan. They are awesome in themselves, but are even better in good company.

While Fast Track has always had self-organized long runs among runners of similar paces, this year we are bringing everyone together at Team Long Runs!

Team Long Runs are at a different location each time. We schedule them here on our Team's website and post reminders in the members-only Facebook group. Members are encouraged to RSVP on the Team's website.

The group naturally breaks into different pace groups and meets at a nearby coffee shop or restaurant for brunch after the run. Walkers are also welcome!

Send our teammates running a fall race in style at Fast Track's Annual Pasta Dinner. This meal is perfect for those who are targeting a marathon, half marathon, or other goal race in the fall.

All are welcome to come and celebrate our participants, enjoy some great food, great friendships, and great memories.

Can't be missed!

The evening includes appetizers, pizza, pasta, and salad.

The event starts at 6:00 PM.
