Our team competes in the CARA's Chicago Racing Circuit. Each month, our team roster is submitted to CARA. After each Circuit Race, CARA matches our membership list to the race results. The top 3 or 5 runners from each team are awarded points in each of 9 categories. The Google Sheets spreadsheet is updated by CARA. The standings tab shows what place our team is currently in for the 9 categories after a particular circuit race. The other tabs show how the scores are tabulated including which team members scored for each category. Then in January there is an awards banquet where awards are given to teams who ended up in the top 3 of any or all categories. Individual awards are also given out at this banquet but you must be a CARA member to be eligible.
