Xtra Mile Running is hosting Strength Workout for Runners. The focus will be strength training for legs and core using body weight exercises.
We are limited to 6 people per session, so be sure to sign up early. Should the event fill up, you can add your name to the waitlist.
We request that participants attend only ONE of the two fall 2025 sessions at this time to give everyone the opportunity to participate. There will be more sessions scheduled if there is interest!

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to the session start and no need to bring any equipment.
This session is intended for current supporters of XtraMile (purchased shoes within the last 12 months).
Note: when beginning any new exercise program, check with your physician first. Participants should listen to their bodies, work at their own pace and cease any exercise that causes pain.
