Our Member's Businesses list

The Our Member's Businesses list is a benefit we provide to our members so that they may find and patronize the businesses of fellow Team members. Prior to going live with this feature, it was agreed upon that the list should not include any "side businesses" that our members may have that would act to water down the list. At that time, we devised this policy with the goal to bring full fairness and credibility to the "Our Member's Businesses" section.

Inclusion Policy

1. Must be a Fast Track member for the past 12 months and have participated in at least 7 Team Races the previous year
2. Business must be member's primary source of income
3. Member must have at least 50% ownership in business
4. Business must have a logo image that meets all logo requirements, as listed below
5. Business must have a website with a regular web domain, as opposed to a subdomain or subdirectory

Logo Requirements

1. Logo must be unique to the member's business
2. Logo cannot have any other information other than the business's name
3. Logo size must meet 1 of the 3 following size limits:

   Size Limit Name	Specification
   Big space/little lettering	<=8,000 pixels* / <=15 pixel font height**
   Medium space/medium lettering	<=7,000 pixels* / <=18 pixel font height**
   Little space/big lettering	<=6,000 pixels* / <=22 pixel font height**

   
   *  pixel size is determined by multiplying width by height of the image
   ** font height limit pertains only to non-leading letters

Requests for Inclusion

• Requests for inclusion are only accepted January 1st through April 30th

If you are confident that you and your business meets these 5 requirements and are within the request acceptance period, you may submit your request via email to Steve Breese (sbreese@gmail.com). Please address each of the 5 policy requirements.

If you and your business do not meet these requriements, you may still promote your website on the Fast Track website via the "Preferred Link" feature on everyone's Profile page. Just plug your website link and the link text on your Edit Profile page and click SAVE. Your link will then appear on your Fast Track Profile page. Member Profile pages are accessible from the Event RSVP sections, Meet-the-Team page, and Trophy Case page for members who are logged in.
