Long runs are the staple of any running plan. They are awesome in themselves, but are even better in good company.

While Fast Track has always had self-organized long runs among runners of similar paces, this year we are bringing everyone together at Team Long Runs!

Team Long Runs are at a different location each time. We schedule them here on our Team's website and post reminders in the members-only Facebook group. Members are encouraged to RSVP on the Team's website.

The group naturally breaks into different pace groups and meets at a nearby coffee shop or restaurant for brunch after the run. Walkers are also welcome!


Memorial Day Run & Picnic on Monday, May 27

On Memorial Day, come run with Fast Track in honor of all veterans who, in service to our nation, have made the ultimate sacrifice. Don't forget to wear red, white or blue!

We will meet at Grove 17 (Higgins and Route 53, near the new "elk" bicycle bridge) at 9am for a run (short or long). Plan will be to start the pot luck around 10:00am. Bring a snack/drinks to share with the team as well as any lawn games for some fun. This event is family friendly so bring your significant other and kids.



We have the shelter so this event will be rain or shine !(hopefully shine)
